iOS app: privacy, consent and deleting your account
Everything under Profile > Privacy and data.
Consents
| Consent | Required? | What it allows |
|---|---|---|
| Health and body data | Required | Processing your measurements, check-ins and health data to run your plan |
| Progress photos | Optional | Sending progress photos with check-ins |
Each shows its status: “Given” with a date, “Not given”, or “Withdrawn” with a date.
- Individuals: your data is private to you. Straton uses it to build and adjust your plan and for nothing else.
- Coach clients: your coach sees your measurements and check-ins. Straton uses them for nothing else.
Withdrawing consent
Turn the switch off and confirm Withdraw.
| Consent withdrawn | Effect |
|---|---|
| Health and body data | Check-ins stop until you agree again. Apple Health data is no longer accepted |
| Progress photos | You can no longer send photos. You can agree again at any time |
Withdrawing consent stops future processing. It does not delete data already
collected. To have existing data removed, coach clients should ask their coach.
Anyone can also email privacy@straton.fit.
Deleting your account
- Go to Profile > Privacy and data.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
What happens:
- You are signed out immediately and notifications stop.
- The account is deleted 30 days later.
- To cancel the deletion, sign in again within those 30 days. Nothing is lost.
- After 30 days, your profile, training history, check-ins, photos and login are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
Before you delete
Individuals: deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel it first in Profile > Manage subscription, or Apple will keep charging you.
Coach clients:
- Your coach loses your training history, check-ins and photos.
- Your coach is notified that you asked to delete your account, and again if you sign back in to keep it.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your coaching subscription. Cancel it first in Profile > Billing > Manage in Stripe, or ask your coach.
Notes for support
- Signing in during the 30 days cancels the deletion automatically. There is no separate “undo” step.
- After 30 days the data cannot be recovered.
- If a person is also a coach or team member in a coaching workspace, their login is kept for that workspace. Only their client data is removed.
- Some billing and legal records may be kept for longer where the law requires.
- Deletion is available even when an account has no active subscription.
Getting a copy of your data
There is no export button in the app at the moment. Email privacy@straton.fit
from the address on your account to request a copy. Coach clients can also ask
their coach.

Common questions
I deleted my account by mistake. Sign in again within 30 days and the deletion is cancelled.
I deleted my account and I’m still being charged. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Individuals: cancel in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Coach clients: contact your coach to cancel the coaching subscription.
Can I delete just my photos or one check-in?
Not from the app. Coach clients should ask their coach. Otherwise email
privacy@straton.fit.
Does deleting the app delete my account? No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your account and any subscription in place.
Who can see my data? Individuals: your data is private to you. Coach clients: your coaching team can see it. See Privacy, data and security.
